Squared Away Digital initially carried out an IT Audit to produce an IT Review Report / Gap Analysis Report to provide the client an overview of their IT environment. We presented recommendations with accompanying PID (Project Initiation Document) and Cost Analysis to improve the IT environment.
We were invited to carry out the recommendations and embarked on the first phase of the three phases.
