Please submit your IT Support Request to Square Away Digital’s IT Service Desk (as an existing client).
Once your IT Support Request is submitted, you should receive an automated message with a Case Reference from the IT Service Desk System.
All IT Support Requests received will be triaged by the IT Service Desk.

Any IT Support Request(s) made outside of the available IT Support hours will be attended to the following available IT Support day, unless it is deemed a critical emergency.
